Just a suggestion, has the SA considered putting notice of closing dates for holidays and stocktaking etc in advance like the banner they use on the site at Christmas? I for one would find it useful as I have been caught out when needing something in a hurry.
Thanks

[Infoburst: Hi Marty, sorry to hear you were delayed. We banner our site at Xmas because the post stops and many people need to know when the last posting days are to make sure of getting their order in beforehand. During the year there's usually someone looking after the S.A. emails and enquiries even over bank holidays so unless customer's leave it VERY late we can usually hit their deadlines in one way or another. And as M always says, an occultist in a hurry is one who hasn't planned at length.;-) It can be counterproductive to banner at Bank Holidays because we are usually so quick in despatch that the difference is negligible. If there are going to be lengthy stoppages we always banner so customers know what to expect but the gods always have their fun and there's always someone who places an order ten minutes after the banner has gone up! :-) BB Denise W. ]

I was reading all the messages on this forum it is very wise of Marabas to protect all who want to buy from the shop. A long while ago I belonged to an Occult Church reaching the highest grade, it was then informed on all records were taken away by police and the Church closed down,so be grateful for this procedure.
Many Blessings Just look on the website where many of closest friends one especially dear to me has been pilloried consistently I have had to give her much protection through this pilloring and will continue to do if it be necessary.

Black traditionally indicates the force as originating in the feminine; night, to work upon the forces of day-manifestation.
Apply the reverse concept to white-analyse.

[Infoburst: Now you've just gone and proven my point by spouting rubbish. Magicians can have any coloured dagger handle they like. Marabas teaches that the debate between black and white handled is linked solely to the requirements of traditional witchcraft which was established during days of persecution when to be found with an athame meant death, hence witches would keep one white and one black handled athame (both unmarked ordinary knives) in their cutlery drawer which would not be suspicous to an inquisitor. If all the rest of the knife handles in the drawer were white, then the holy athame for witchcraft use would be black handled and vice versa, leaving it to be easily identified and kept unused but for sacred purposes. If only people would check Marabas's OEXPS before they forced an unchecked opinion on others it would save us and them a lot of time and raise the standard of debate a little. See Marabas's OEXP062 Constructing Athames/Magical Knives here for full instructions on how to make yours BB Denise W.

Anon. You made a good point but now your invalidating it. Dennise is away at the moment and obviously cant answer your question and no-one with any experience is going to pander to you. Most of us have had very pleasing service from the S.A. I have NEVER had a complaint with there aftersales. Respect yourself

Greetings,
Have S.A. considered emplying a seamstress to make Robes?
I have basic patterns, but the're a sod to make.
To get a standard Thelemic-full face slight;y conical hood, with six pointed star on it, for example, one must purchase from the U.S.A., the shipping is unreliable, and the sizes limited.
A company did open briefly, with a stupid name begining 'Occult', yeh, I can see that going down well (Not) at my xstian bank, and, by the way, the boss simply stole the money I sent Him! S.A. DO NOT behave in such a foul/stupid manner. That company is now closed, So, any chance of tailormade Robes, People?
There is, I believe, a large, waiting, market!
Best Wishes.

[Infoburst: Yes Babalonuit888, for many years we provided what was arguably the best (copyrighted) designed tried-and-tested fully-functional magical and meditational robe ever for all paths - but the sheer volume of orders over-ran the capabilities of home seamstress production on many occasions entailing disruption of supplies and staccatto-like service for clients so that Marabas eventually withdrew them from our lists. We do hope to be able to provide them again in the not too distant future and if anyone is interested they can email me on denise.wadsworth@sorcerers-apprentice.co.uk and I will put them on a mailing list for news as and when. There is an old picture of Marabas wearing one of these robes here.

I don't know where this should go so I am going to put it here. So often Marabas and Denise are praised (and rightly so) for there fantastic help and knowledge but lets not forget the others that make up the team. I don't know how many people work at the SA but I would like to give Paula a pat on the back who has on many occasions given me some great help and friendly advice when I have phoned to order or enquire about things. And how does she always know who she is speaking to and remember everyones name with such a huge client list? I think it must be something in the Leeds water! (wink)
Thankyou!
