There is something you may have missed. A little lesson that may help you to change your self-perspective...

Ask yourself exactly what it was that made you feel inadequate? Analyse yourself, the situation and also why it is you want this man. There is no right and wrong answer, it is all individual. This is a large part of the path of self-knowledge.

Certainly - as I know only too well (!) - when I am being insulted, it is hard not to be defensive or to attack back! But both reactions may prevent me from analysing myself consciously and discovering who I really am...

Just a thought that may be of use or disagarded as you see fit :)

Yep. You nailed it Lisa. Youll find alot of people put themselves on a wobbly peddle-stall. The key is how they make you feel. Would you get driving lessons from a driving instructor that made you feel inadequate. My girlfriend and I have just brought a book on Western Sex Magick and we have started practicing the exercises. It does take awhile but for us its about the journey. But you dont need a partner to start Tantric exercises just grab a book from the booklist.

Thanks for replying to me.......why do you say he is a weirdo? you mean for boasting about his tantric experiences......but then telling me "it takes years of study" and making me feel like I cannot do it.......because he thinks he's such an expert?

it is PURELY physical.......for he has walked the left hand path and has enjoyed tantric sex......but refuses to teach me, because he says it takes years of practice and he has now moved on and doesn't practice any longer.........

Well, I've heard it said that simply being loving, compassionate, empathic etc. is the highest form of love magick. What is the nature of your emotional bond with this guy; how strong an inner connection do you feel with him? Or is the attraction primarily physical? You don't have to answer all this; but they might be provocative questions to ask yourself...

Why not try what Church of Satan call Lesser Magic. Make yourself more alluring, seductive etc. Change yourself to become what he desires. I suggest you read and employ some of the techniques in The Satanic Witch by Anton LaVey.
