I should have said if you walked out of the shop and turned right. The shop was brilliant and I loved the smells, also the staff in the wizard type shoes that curled up at the toe.

I can remember going to the shop that was close to a junction and there was a pub on the corner if you walked out of the shop and turned left. I cannot find this on google - I think there was a park close by as well.

I think the street view is a very dangerous innovation for criminal use as well
as softening people up to accepting surveillance everywhere, but on a different
note here's a story about a ghost being filmed apparently.

From when you step out of your house in the morning, to when you step back in at night everything you do is trackable, recordable, visible, accountable. Government departments are tracking you - in your best interests of course - on all levels to take control of your health, drinking, sexual tendencies, inter-social activities, purchases, and how your decisions affect your status as a 'Citizen'. You would be AMAZED at what information can be gleaned about you from a list of the groceries you purchase every week at your local supermarket and in a year or so's time M says that these 'profiles' will be used to judge whether you can be a 'fit' parent, or a dead-weight to the NHS amongst other things. Eventually people who do not walk the automaton line will be electronically made persona-non-grata and be unable to function independently in Britain. If the new Stalinists decide that what you do and think is uncomfortable to them then they can and will destroy you. The old way of doing it was to set the media to persecute dissenters and libertines - soon they will just push a button and electronically erase your existence. But take heart! If only one of us exercises his/her free will in the face of this oppression then all of mankind will be free. Voluble freethinkers are the antidote to the machinations of the Thought Police. Dear SA,

As an occasonal visitor to the SA shop on Burley Lodge road many moons
ago, I couldn't help browsing the new Google street view to see if I
could spot it. Are you on there ? There is a blacked out building on
Burley Lodge road, no signage. Is that the old SA ? I've forgotten how
the shop looked, I thought it was a one-storey but this is part of a larger
building. On that note, I know your address isn't a secret but what do you
think of the privacy implications ??? All the best, Keith
