There are lots of women like you out there, and that's really important to remember. Almost all of us have been there at one time or another. As far as your friends go, are they truly your friends? I mean, anyone who truly loves and cares for us doesn't want us to be less than we are. They may not agree with or understand our choices, but they will stand with us while we make them. When it comes to meeting other lesbians, just be yourself, and start spending time in places where you are more likely to meet other lesbians... A group like this is a great place to start.
