	To keep it simple, I think you apply the same rules that are already in place. Most points... plus whatever tiebreakers are in place now. At the end of the day, it is all about where you finish, which goes to car prep and driving.

	I forget how many points differance there is between finishing 1st Vs 2nd. 1 point for pole [in class] seems the way to go. Plus another point for fast lap [in class] if transponders are used no matter who we run with. Is there any thought on how the Rookie Challange would/should be scored. Besides points maybe the vetern drivers should have some input?

	ambrose, and all i agree with a pt for fastest race lap, i even suggested most laps led, but i think the problem is when we have non EMRA races and we are hand scored nstead of using transponders.

	I think 1 pt for pole and 1 point for fastest lap would be cool. I don't know if that could be managed logisticially.... transponders and such.

	i think 2 points for pole is a bit much. would prefer to see either 1 ponit or no points but will go with what the group wants len

	There have been a few suggestions that we modify or eliminate points for winning the Pole. Currently we award 2 pts. for Pole. EMRA does not award points for this. Should we eliminate points for winning the pole?
