Hey guys,
The F2000 race was a blast. Sorry it didn't pan out for those trying to get there. Seeing how the other half (ALMS) lives, wow, their team dry cleaning budget is probably more than my season budget! Amazing!
Steel sharpens Steel, after switching back to Hoosiers for the Tuesday regional I set my personal best time at LRP. Certainly chasing (or trying to) those guys makes your faster.
But alas my engine got sick in the race. Need a fresh one. 25 races is enough to ask of it.

Guys. thanks for all the advice... Engine got shipped out to Steve @ Elite yesterday. I'm going to wait for his assesment before deciding which back to rob... I should know, in about 10 days...

Did not make it out to LRP... Hoping to see a posted here a report on how the "Club" guys did against the Pro's.

Ambrose, give Joe Staz a ring , I think he still has a couple of FC cars and maybe a motor or two to get you going 'till you motor is healthy again. Worth a phone call.

At this point looks like I'll be sending motor off to Elite or Williamns in Kansas. Unless a good replacement motor comes up, but then again there I may be dealing with unknowns.

Just want to get it done right & tuned, and not have to worry about it and focus on getting the car sorted and driving it. At this rate I'll be a FC rookie again at this time next year.

Jimmy - Looks liek I won't be able to meet up wiht u wed... With Motor being toast, don't need the gas... I needs the eve's this week to get it out of my car and in the hands of a re-builder...

Bummed... looks looks like July 15th is out, and rest of season at risk... racing funds tight this year.

I'll probably go up to LRP on Sat and watch... eat... drink...

Have fun, talk later...

Wish I'd be able to make it as I'm starved for seat time this season. Unfort I'll be away and not be able to attend. I hope some for you guys are able to make it and represent the club, never hurts to have a relationship with a higher profile series.

I have been contacted by officials with the F2000 series. They would like us to join them for a support race for the ALMS race weekend June 30-July 1 at Lime Rock. It is short notice but if anyone is interested it would open the door for a future relationship. I cannot make that weekend but I will get details for anyone who would like to go. This is a Big spectator event
