	I found this recent article... http://www.projo.com/projocars/content/ca-scaatrack_11-01-06_NT2HC0U.27898ff.html "... Construction could start in 2007 and the best scenario would be that we would be on the track in the spring of 2008..." Supposbly, agreeemnt to purchase land is in place and the community has recived it well... If this track becomes a reality, it is less then 3 hrs from NYC. How do we make sure the EMRA board is aware that this is a possible option in the upcomming yers?
