Any of you guys/gals/fellow airheads interested in going to www.ontrackkarting.com, after work, 6:30ish - Tues Feb 6th. Nothing formal, no reserved race groups, just show up and run.

I've already called and verified that thye are not running any leauge or anything like that on Tues. I'll be leaving from TarryTown NY, if anyone wants to car pool with me. I have room for several folks.

Some of us have been going to OnTrack Karting in Wallingford Connecticut. It is a nice indoor Karting facility, about 50 Min Min north of the TZ Bridge, in Southern Ct.

If your getting cabin fever due to the off season and have the need to burn off energy, this is the place to go. Chris Tyrell (NE F/C EMRA Racer - 92 VD) and his staff have done it right. This is an indoor GoKart track that was built and run like a real racer would do it.

The staff and I mean EVERYBODY is very friendly and helpfull. The place is shiney new and clean with even a mini street sweeper to clean the marbles off the outside of the turns. The track layout is very technical but fast (36 - 40 sec). It even has a "what if" corner (turn 1), you know the type of corner at every track that makes you think "what if I get this wrong" Hmmm,..it's gona hurt!

They have a great web site www.ontrackkarting.com that explains everything.

Some of us have been going on Tuesdays, 6:30 or 7:00ish , as there are no crowds, and you get 10 min of track time vs, 7 or 8. Trust me you'll be exhausted after your session.

If you want to be added email list to be notified when we are going next, pleae email me direct at abuldo at AOL.com.

Regards,
Ambrose

PS: Car pooling with me from Tarrytown (right over TZ Bridge) is an option. I have room for 7.
