Great Job Lindsey! That is a great deal you worked out with F2000 series. I would think that it might increase some sponsorship opportunities as well with the increase in exposure... (Although Goodyear may not like it). This deal will be mutually beneficial for both organizations...
Thanks!

After discussions with F2000 officials, I have worked out the following arrangement for FPR -FC drivers:
FPR members may participate in any F2000 race and the registration fee of $750 will be waived. The regular race weekend entry fee must be paid. This is $895 for each double race weekend or $600 for a single race.
The required Hankook tires are $700 per set BUT FPR drivers can get FREE used Hankook tires (similar to a John Berget Tire) at the track. You just pay for mounting a balancing.
If you are in the FC1 class it will be called Classic Continental in the F2000 series. FC2 cars are in the regular F2000 class(Pinto or Zetec)
All F2000 races will count towards the FPR Championship points.
F2000 drivers are welcome to compete in FPR races. The majority of these cars wil be in the FC2 class.
Many of the F2000 races are support races for big time organizations such as Champ car and Can-Am.These are spectator events.
