We were showing 117-118MPH top, flat, full throttle explaining why I was finding it difficult to pass even the FF's on he speedway. In the infield the car was supurb... We're hunting for MK5 Gears, stuck with what we got for now.

Likewise. Good to meet those of you who were there. Wish I'd brought better tires...my "good" set corded during practice so I had to use my shot ones from my only other race in the Vector. Next time I'll gear right for the track, too!

Lindsey I hear you ... these are GY250's with 9 post berget cycles, definatly feeling them go off... If I get time I'll swap them over... Right now still have a fuel pump and rear uprites to install... That has to happen first...
See you Sunday ...

I'll be trying a set of hankook's. I've never driven on radials so I need to see how they feel. That's what they use in the F2000 series.
Ambrose, if you have 9-10 heat cyccles on the tires its time for new ones
The GY 175's are good for 3-4 races; thats all day- prac., qual and race

I've got 9 Cycles on my "LOW USE" Goodyears... So that probably means at least 18 heat cycles. They went away at least 4 cycles ago! I'm running out of time to get ready so and the tire guy won't be track on Sunday, so we'll probably put a few more cycles on them before chucking them.

My car came with 5 sets of "low use" tires, whatever that means. I'm bringing some Goodyears that seem slightly sticky and the Hoosiers that went away on me at NHIS two weeks ago during the race.

I wont be running... waiting on some parts to put her back together (and still have to paint her up). I am planning on the Glen F2000 race being my first race of the year. I may try to sneak out Sunday to lend a hand if I can..

Reminder -
1. Lindsey mentioned to me that drivers meeting is 8 AM...
2. I know some of you guys don't run Arm Restraints with other clubs. With EMRA/FPR (and almost anywhere else) I beleive they are required. Don't forget to bring them.
So who else is going -- Newer FC Racer, Rob "Super Smile", Lindsey, and Myself? Doc Lola Levine in FF.. Got to be more then that!
Vince D., Steve G., Charlie B., Doug M., New Papa Tony W., Others?
Weather predictions look great...

We run the South Course CCW....
If you got stout legs, you can walk between the North & South course. You'd be pretty beat b then end iof the day. Not very praticle. You can't drive close to North Pit out.... If you have a Bike I suggest throwing it on the trailer... Ohterwise unhook your trailer and you can drive to the back siode of hte North Course for a good view of her in action...

I'm in for Pocono South - it'll be my second FC race. Wife is doing the Roos Intro to Racing thing on Saturday...how could I get on the track while she's doing that at the North course?
BTW, do we run clock or counterclockwise? I've never run the South Course.

I prolly wont see you guys until later in the summer (1st baby (boy) due 04/30). I am trying to make it to the VIR F2000 race to get one in (well actually two) before he comes. You should most definately see me at the Glen triple header, LRP, and Summit. Possibly the the August dates as well...
