Ambrose:
Yep, finally got an email back from Charlie (indicating it is on the N course, and not a lot of cars registered).. I am trying to work out my schedule to make it.

We are suppose to run the double infield with no hairpin on the South infield. However, PDA could change that. I don't expect they will.
Ric wasn't at the WG F2000 race; I was involved in a big multi-car accident on the first lap- not my fault just in the wrong place. Len finished mid-pack with some car problems and driving with a broken foot. Great experience and I will do it again

Need comfirmation on which long course we will be on . The PDA web site says that on Saturday (June 21) will be on the Long Double Infield course (North and South course infields). Is this really the course we will be running? Also, if we run this course, will we use the hairpin on the South course or will it be bypassed??? Last year we ran the Long Sigle Infield. The PDA web site says that the Long Single Infield course will be run on the Sunday. We are scheduled to run only on the Saturday.

By the way, how did you, Ric and Len make out running with the big boys (F2000) at Watkins Glen.

Please send in the special FPR registration form with entry fee of $240 to FPR at least 1 week before the race. Registration at the track will carry a $40 late fee. Include your transponder number on the entry form.No rentals at the track.
Hope to see everyone there at this big annual event.
