It is with heavy heart that I report the passing of Helena Tenenbaum Robinson from Jackson High Class of 1973.
Helena wrote many messages here over the past few years.and I know we all enjoyed reading them.
Oscar sent me the obituary and I am pasting it in below.

Helena Tenenbaum Robinson, 50

HILLSBOROUGH -- Helena T. (Tenenbaum) Robinson, 50, of Hillsborough died Monday (July 25, 2005) at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New
Brunswick after a 25-year courageous battle with cancer. Born in Jersey City and raised in Jackson, she lived in Leonardo before moving to Hillsborough 18 years ago.
She worked as a technical writer at SPL Inc., Morristown, and prior to that she served as a technical writer for AT&T for many years. She was a member of Temple Shalom in Bridgewater. She was a 1977 graduate of Douglass College and was a class reporter for their magazine. A gregarious person, Helena was a longtime member of Rutgers Promenaders Square Dance Club
of New Brunswick, the Rutgers Hillel Alumni Association, and the NJ Needle Artists Organization. She is survived by her mother, Elvira Tenenbaum; her husband of 26 years, Kenneth; brother, Michael Tenenbaum and his wife, AJ, of Florida; sister, Judy and her husband, Mark Newland of the Toms River section of Dover Township; nephew, Scott Tenenbaum; and niece, Sydney Newland. Services will begin 3 p.m. today at Temple Beth Shalom, Old Freehold Road, Toms River. Burial will follow at Toms River Jewish Community Cemetery in Toms River. Arrangements by Belkoff Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Lakewood.
