Hey Alice,
excellent suggestion, I'll look into that. I could bring her up to Jersey, but it is Thanksgiving weekend. Hard to plan right now. I do have Carol's e-mail thanks. Mine is LGSunkiss@aol.com. I was just hoping someone has been in touch with her. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Gidget, Wanted to let you know that I just emailed Carol by way of Classmates and asked her to email me directly @ jlnewcastle1@msn.com. So I could email her the link for this site so you & she could communicate. If you could also email me directly I could get your email address to her too. Just remembered I have her phone # 732-367-5797 That is the # I have for her and her snail mail address is 93 Salem Hill Rd Howell NJ 07731... Have you contacted a Home nursing agency or hospice for the care of your Mom for the reunion? This is only a suggestion. Sometimes they are able to help out in these situations when you want to get away and Medicare can sometimes cover the bill. Alice

Hi Gidge, I might have Carol's email address. I will check and if I do will email a letter to both of you. If you are on classmates. she is on that also you can click on her name. and email her yourself... Have you contacted a home nursing service or hospice or any thing. They might be able to help you get the help you need for that couple of days. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you. Alice

Hey thanks all for the understanding. I hope so much that I can be there. Mom is doing incredibly well. I've only had her since January. She had been in a Nursing home for 2 years prior. She is the joy of my life now, although she doesn't know it at this time of her life. I hope she knows she always has been. I am trying so desperatly to make arrangements to come for the reunion. My most desperate dream is to see my best friend for life, Carol Bauer (Martinock). I miss her so much! If any of you have contact with her, please let her know. Thanks all, and keep mom in your prayers.

Hey Charley, Around this town the SENIORs out populate anyone under 40. Although we have 2 high schools and many many neighborhood elementary schools as well as religious elementary schools...This town's pop 20 yrs ago was about 40000 according to my husband. His parents ran a senior mobile home park... There are so many seniors in this town that Wal Mart has about 40 handicapped parking spaces and they are alway occupied. If you don't have a handicap plate or sticker on your car you do not count but you still have to park 1/2 mile from the store.... Alice

Thanks Charley. How is Pat? I just got home from work. Next week I start a new shift. I have been working 7-330p for the past few months with tue & wed off and before that I cannt remember what my hrs were but I have not had a weekend off since Feb 18. I had a chance for Sat & Sun off taking a 12n to 830 pm shift so I put in a bid for that shift. To my complete surprise I got it. I guess no one senior to me wanted it and I was the only one who bid on it. Oh to finally have weekends off. Alice

Hi Tony, Thanks for the new address. I had your old Haddonfield address. I think your zip is incorrect though.. 08527 is Jackson's zip. Thanks I will get that letter out to you in a week.. I am currently in the process of moving yes again.. Only across the street thought to a "Senior" apt. complex.. Less rent.. & peace & quiet. Alice

Hi Gidge,
Sorry about mom, I remember your mom, she use to let us use the living room to listen to 45 rpm's, she was so darling, she was also, so cool. I remember lots of parents use to let us have house get-to-gethers, but since I lived in Cassville, which was so far away, no one would ever show up, too far too go, too little happening. I still remember your house so vividly, you were the third house in from Brookwood PKWY, first left off County Line rd, split level with brick highlights, how is that for memory?

Thanks, I did receive your letter. However, I'm sorry I can't respond at this time. I have to work out some details. I have my 81 year old mother who lives with me, and I'm not sure I can make arrangements for her care yet. I'm still trying and hope I can make it. Please don't count me out yet.

PLEASE,,, Contact me if you have not received your info letter about the reunion.. I have gotten about 12 letters returned to me. Don't know if others were lost in the mail. I have only received 3 replys and checks with them.. Thanks. If you need some time you can always make installment payments.. We all want to see you at the reunion. Alice
