	Me, Superman? Hardly! More like SuperKlutz this week (3 self-inflicted injuries this week.....so far). As for having the time to eat or sleep...I have plenty. After 31 years of various "teacher-summer jobs", I've decided to take my first summer off (I've taught Math and/or Physics summer courses for the last 10 years). I'm having a great time, catching up on various projects around the house. Regarding my foot, I'm limping, but I'm sure I'll be OK in a few days (it was about a 1" deep puncture into my heel)....Thanks for asking.

	.....plus, this is the Summer in the great NorthEast, and after a rainy, rainy Spring, we are all outside! Some of us may be on vacation too (I just got back from a week at OC, Maryland) I would imagine that in Florida (and other warm regions), many folks are inside with the A/C cranking, with their computers close-at-hand. Here in 'Jersey, I'm busy building a deck, working on the garden, restoring a vintage car........and lots of other outdoor stuff that takes me away from a computer. The reason I'm checking in right now is because I just stepped on a rusty nail, and I'm waiting for my foot to stop bleeding (yes, tetanus shot is up-to-date). ...and Dave's right: we probably have some "lurkers", too .

	I don't know to what extent this observation applies here, but I've been an online bulletin-board user since the pre-WWW days -- in other words, you were either on Prodigy, CompuServe, AOL or whatever, and that was IT -- and it has always been the case that for every person actively participating, there are several more who are reading along but too ??? to put up a message of their own. It's kind of like stage-fright, I guess. -- WAG
