So nothing was packed. Just put into Walmart bags. This is the third time we have moved like this in 10 months. But we are in now and love our new home.... Alice

Loraine,
How are you doing, first of all Happy Halloween, hope you have left over candy, I will give you an address, where you can mail all left over candy, I will make sure that it gets properly eaten.
Really, I am sitting here watching the news and couldn't help but ask you, how are you doing with the fires, are you near harms-way over there? What a tragic blaze, it seems to be over taking lots of acres, just curious as to how are you dealing with it if it's near you.
Regards,
Oscar

Hi Pam, We are still awaiting the outcome of the Workmens comp case and the Personal injury case against the other driver. She was found totally at fault. She had no license on her or insurance card or registration. Later found out she did have ins. Case may not be settled for another couple of yrs.. Jon ended up with several herniated discs in his neck. At first they thought his neck was broken.. We took the money and ran.. Invested in the house after we paid the taxes on the settlement. Cant wait for income tax time to try and get some of it back..

Hi Pam, He did not have enough points for the package. What happened was an MVA in the Co truck last March. He had the right of way and a woman jumped the STOP sign. Co said he was a risk and paid him 43 weeks in layoff. to get rid of him.. Alice

Hi Alice:

Congratulations on the move. A friend of mine, here at work, just retired and moved to an over-55 mobile home park in PA. I went out to see it and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. I'm sure you'll be happy.
Although I have no plans on moving soon, this has been a moving-Summer for many of my relatives. One of my brothers just bought a new place in San Jose. My older daughter recently moved to Princeton. Another brother moved to Paris last week (yes....the city in France). And finally, another of my brothers just bought a new house in Jackson (today, he's using my StepVan to move stuff).
At this point, my address book is full of scratch-out marks!
OK, best wishes in you new residence.
