	I have been trying to find out all I can about starting a Unit in Bangor. my husband belongs to the Greater bangor area Detachment 1151.Ive gotten a lot of information on line. But would like to have a manual and proceeding book. i do not have an e-mail address for the national represenative. could you please help. thank you .
