	One of the key things I see as my unique or at least special role, whether I am the only man or not, is that I can help create a different set of assumption. My hope is that "my" little boys will someday be men who assume that if they have children they will be a big part of those children's lives and those children will be a big part of their lives, and that teaching and caring for other children MIGHT be their life's work. And I hope that "my" little girls will someday be women who if they have children and have male partners will expect those men to be full partners as parents.

	What modifications do you make to your teaching style or interactions with children when you find yourself to be the only male working at a particular site?
