sorry, i was just annoyed at the number of sales posts, and wanted to make sure that we had something semi-substancial on top...
i wanted to encourage people to consider also that a male influence can exist in the absence of women... i was recently fretting that our staff had lost a fellow dude... we went from two to one like that...
but i soon realized that the women on our staff had a very guy-ish nature... i am at least somewhat glad to report that science, messiness, and insubordination remain staples of our agency... we need to find ways to promote boy friendly environs even in the absence of male staff... at least until we can achieve the critical mass needed to create movement toward more male involvement at all levels of ECE.
