I took the level I test in Orlando Florida in 2007 and past the test. It is my understanding that i must go to the Naarso classes every two years to keep my certification active. I was planning on going to the Naarso classes in Tennesee but unfortunetly i was rushed to the hospital and had to get major surgery for a ripped bowl and had to lay in intensive care for a week. I recovered after about 7 months. I went to the Naarso classes in Myrtle Beach of this year. My question is this, even though i missed the classes in 2009, am i still a Naarso level 1 inspector? I am planning to go again in 2010. My state employee say's that since being i did not go in 2009 that my certification lapsed and I may be demoted! Can anyone help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!
