Did the judge have a sound basis for this decision? Something like: "It's only one day, nobody will get hurt, will they?" Ah yes, I speculate! What gives with this?

I have been told that a judge in New York issued an executive order opening rides at a religous festival that had been closed down by the state ride inspoectors.

Let's see:

1) No Insurance
2) Crappy rides
3) RED Tags

Add them all up and the judge lets them run. Las time I checked, three strikes and you were out. I guess this judge is not a baseball fan.

If anyone has more info, please share it.
