I am in dire need of as much input as I can get on how you deal with Non-English speaking operators /patrons.

1. Have you had any accidents or near misses that can be linked to a language problem.

2. How do you adress non-english speaking operators.

3. Do you require bi-lingual signage.

4. Is this a problem you have had, is it increasing / decreasing.

I will take any and all input I can get, however I need it ASAP.

Thanks For Your Help

Don Hankins
