	This is a goof up on ARM's part to put out a bullitin without having any shoulder restraints in stock to sell those of us with these rides. However they have been very good to allow for a varience on this bulletin with special criteria being followed which I have done and Iam open now with my ride thank you ARM. other owners may want to look into getting a varience as well

	A new buletin regarding replacement of over the shoulder restraints on ARM Skymaster and Highflyer rides is now posted on the NAARSO web page.
