	After Grover Watkins went out of business, Shelton Tapscott that use to work for Grover watkins started or works for M&M Amusement. Mr.Tapscott said that they are the parts source for the watkins swinger and also rebuild the ride. When an owner sells a ride the ride manual including all bulletins should be passed along to the new owner. 	found one been in storge since 1998 is there any up dates or any thing i need to know about it to be safe with it or replace any of it before it can run
