Topic Barrango Carousel Lights within Reach of Riders posted by Dean Hurst User

A local jurisdiction has raised a quetion with regards to the light bulbs at the base of a Burrango Carousel. A few local inspectors have mixed opinions on kids reaching out to touch the lights. My understanding is that there is nothing within the ASTM standards that would require the operator to remove the lights. Please advise if anyone sees any issues with the light bulbs at the base of the carousel. If you have any insight or can help us with this issue I would appreciate it.
