	Gene, Memphis business is slowly "piling" up if you know what I mean. We do a few sub-contractors b/c I want to spend most of my time marketing. I guess I could put more money in my pocket if I did it myself but I figure in the long run this will help also. I do get out there myself on fridays each week and scoop away. I cannot have my guys saying things like "You just dont know what it is like out here" I never want to be one of THOSE guys.

	Lee, how is the scooping going in Memphis? I hear you have employees. That must mean you have quite a few clients.
