The value of the directory is that for $15 a month, you are making a can't lose business investment. Average monthly invoice for a scooping client is $40-$50 monthly. So, if you gained one client from our directory in two years, the $50 per month they would be paying would pay for your listing and buy you lunch once or twice a month. I assure you,you will acquire more than one client every two years, I just use that example to show that advertising in our directory is a can't lose proposition. I've been in this business a long time and know what people search for when looking for dog waste removal. We are already a dominant force on some search engines and on some keywords. Search engine placement takes time , however. We will only improve from here, but we are already quite good.
We will allow two small ads at the top of each state. These ads will be dog related, but not dog waste removal related. Therefore, the integrity of your directory listings is not impacted by these ads. To see an example, go to the upper right hand corner of California and note the Doggy Daycare ad. Also, all ads are the same size, so you will not gain or lose clientelle based the size of your listing. We think that the directory listing should provide basics, and that the details of your business are a click away on your website. Our ads are also based on longevity. People that sign on after you will not go ahead of you unless they are paying $30 to be listed first. So, the sooner you list, the higher your position will be. There are priority listings and second place listings currently available on many states, do not delay. If you see someone already there, they may not be a paying client, so ask about that position. Eventually,soon, all on the directory will be paying clients. Lastly, we will not allow individual listings to list each city serviced. As far as locations serviced, you may list counties or major Metro areas only.
