You know how domain speculation goes Shon, some people will strike gold, most will not. That's how it goes with domains, you often can sell them for less, but you eliminate any possibility of getting more at some point.

Hi Mike,
A business license is usually a local jurisdiction issue. I'd call my city, township, or village and ask them. There likely will not be any specific license to this line of work, but they would probably love to sell you a general buisiness license with annual renewals. Best tools are a small shrub rake and a lobby pan. Best shrub rake is available at Lowes, it's made of lightweight aluminim and manufactured by Fiskars. Lobby pans are those things you see the guy sweeping up a McDonalds or Burger King with. Line it with a 13 gallon Glad trash bag. Use a small clip to keep it in place, and rake the waste into the lobby pan, emptying it, when full, into another 13 gallon bag called a "dump bag".
As for sanitizers, some scoopers use diluted bleach, some use parvocide disinfectants. Call local vets and boarding kennels and they will probably provide a local retail source. As for names in other states, you are getting into copyright/legal issues that I am not qualified to comment on. The name www.PoopScoopKing.com is for sale for only $250,000. Best name in the business and exclusive to it's purchaser.
