I was planning on starting my Time Trial season on May 8. If it's on the 9th I'll still be there, as will another Fiero (my old #38 car lives again). Please clarify "full track". Is that the same as "long course"?

Dana.

EMRA has been officially un-scheduled for the May 8th date at Pocono.
EMRA & Pocono were unable to come to terms to make the May 8th Pocono date a reality

The newest offer/negotiation is for the May 9th (FULL TRACK) date.

Let you club rep's (or myself) know of the possibility of making the Mother's day event.

Pocono's website is showing May 8th as being a Stockcar Racing Experience event using the whole oval. Stockcar's website is also showing that as a date for them.

Should we assume EMRA will not be there on the 8th?

Good Question. Last year we got 1pm to 5pm - this time we may get mingled with the Lime Rock Club 1 hour at a time.
Will update when known.

Remember, depending on the turnout, we will add an extra hour.

Hi,

Not sure if it's posted already-but what time would the half-day events start at Lime Rock for TTs.

Thanks

2010 schedule is official & posted.

We may add open wheel to the July 27th Lime Rock event.
Contact me to find out how.

HOWEVER, the May 8th Pocono full course event is cancelled.

EMRA & Pocono were unable to come to terms to make that Pocono date a reality

We will keep you posted -

I also enjoyed the Shenandoah track. Unfortunately only a few other drivers enjoyed it so much as to show up to the events we held there. We tried a race weekend, race/TT weekend and then a TT weekend. Bad attendance at all attempts.

By a vote from the people not supporting the event by not going to it, we had to cancel it. A serious thank you for those who did support it.

Both Summit Point events this year are the Main track.

All those in favor, come down and Race or TT.
The only TRUE way of EMRA knowing what you guys want is by attendance.

I noticed the schedule shows summitt point at the beginning and end. are either of these shenandoah? we normally have a april shenandoah event. those of us with "Momentum" cars appreciate the technical courses like shenandoah, Monticello and the old pocono east. I also think the shenandoah was a great TT course for it's fun and training ability. This schedule looks like we are running fast HP courses - I hate to loose some of the FUN factor for just plain speed.

thanks

Some TT days are 4 hours some are up to 7 hours.
Formats have not been determined.
Lime Rock only has FRI/SAT dates. Sometimes we TT on Friday, Sometimes we race on Friday, TT on Saturday. We are working with what's available to us. If we have a 4 hour day and we get a good turnout then we will add an hour - for the same fee! In order to keep the fees down, we have been offered and have taken 1/2 days or 4 hours. More details as I get em.

I thought EMRA was going to get the Time Trial guys more Saturday or Sunday track time??

2 of the first 3 events are Friday events. Looking at counts last year Friday Time Trial event car count was way down.

Tom,
What will the schedule look like for a day scheduled as TT only compared to a combined race and TT day. Will the fee for each day be the same for the TT guys? It would seem the TT only day would have more track time than the race/TT day.

JUST WANTED TO UPDATE EVERYONE AS TO WHERE WE WERE. STILL WAITING FOR POCONO'S DECISION TO ONLY SELL US SATURDAY. UNFORTUNATELY IT IS OUR FIRST EVENT.
