Anyone know of some smaller, less expensive motels near Vineland
or Millville? We're right now at the Holiday Inn for mega bucks! At this rate, our work stipend will cover 2 and a half nights!

I'm curious why when you go to the NJ Motorsport Park website and click on the news for the upcoming schedule of vintage festival events the EMRA name never appears anywhere. Aren't we sharing the track with the Vintage guys? Shouldn't we be getting some decent press out of this collaboration? Why do we have to supply all the workers and get none of the benefit? Just wonderin . . . marketing

I should be there all 3 days. I'm not sure where Mr. Kress will want me. I hope to be on a corner at some point.

EMRA Workers- Volunteers - NJMP Thunderbolt May 29, 30, 31 2009.

EMRA is sharing the track with the vintage guys from the VSCCA with EMRA performing all the track operations.

EMRA workers will be needed for three full days. Thunderbolt has 14 stations and on race days, Saturday and Sunday we must have 2 flaggers per station. I have trouble with this kind of math but lets just say that a bunch of people are needed.

Racers and crew, help out on Friday. TTers hang out with us on the weekend.

There still are a limited number of stipend positions available. Anyone that has flagging experience and can work a station alone is eligible for pre-registration expense money.

EMRA workers even if you plan to volunteer, please contact me now. This is urgent because we want to give the track reasonable time to line up any workers we can’t provide.

Please reply back or email flagging@emraracing.org or call Kevin Lindenmuth at 215-460-2116. Questions?

Thanks.
