We plan on arriving on Friday for the racing on Saturday and Sunday. Can we drop off our trailer on the Friday and if so what is the latest time?

Regarding the spectator fee and guest list.
The weekend is an VSCCA spectator event. Anyone coming in with participents will be admitted free. Those expected later in the day need to be on a "crew" list. If you are expecting "crew" members to be arriving later, please send a list of names so we can furnish them to the NJMP personel at the gate.
Send your list to registrar@emraracing.org and indicate CREW for the subject.

I believe all three days are considered spectator days so anyone showing up will be charged unless they are part of your crew. I have emailed the race chair to confirm...

I don't know to whom this is referring, but if I have family coming to hang out with me for the day of the time trials, are they going to have to pay to get into the track? Or does this only pertain to the Saturday and Sunday events?

May 29 thunderbolt event
Questions: On track times? 8:30 - 5:30
Gate opening time and management access? 7:00am
Gate manning requirements? Open gates to the track must be manned by our security personnel. We will provide 2 open gates.
Can we have infield access on thursday night prior to the event?: Yes, entry time is 7pm to 10pm.
Camping and security availability - Yes, $10 for tent camping, $60 for RV camping (includes electricity)
Drivers and family will sign our waiver when they arrive and will then register with you.
Please provide registration with a list of names (crew) for those who will show up later in the day. As long as they are on your crew list, they will not be charged.
Anyone who has paid for camping and is staying at the track can re-enter at any time. Camping cost covers them for the duration of the event.
Is this a spectator event? Yes.
