Margaret and I lived in nearby Wurtsboro for a time. For those who may come early or decide to stay past our Friday track date here are a couple of things we used to do locally---Drive-In Movies-there was (and I think still are) Drive-Ins in Rock Hill and Fair Oaks--both east of Monticello. For race fans (who, us?)--the Orange County Fairgrounds (Middletown,NY) has a 5/8 mile dirt track running Sportsman and Modified Sportsman cars -- great racing! These facilities are all just off Rt 17.
