	A switch to transponders would free up more track time by eliminating the TT session at the end of the day.

	I understand that not everyone has transponders but why not use them for official times for the folks that do have them? I would be willing to loan EMRA 4-5 extra TX units to allow others to use the timing system. I think that if we encourage TX use for official times as well as a bonus for lap charts throughout the day for participants, we may make the transition to more widespread TX use and eventually need less staffing as well as more benefit to the participants. I know that I would have willingly paid an extra couple of bucks for the day's times when I was trialing, and with no disrespect to the volunteers who do such a good job of T&S, Transponders certainly make timing more accurate and less trouble. Just thoughts. Now the important question for the non TT guys... Is anyone actually going to Race or Enduro in 2 weeks? Entropy Racing

	Yes, we plan on using the transponders at Pocono North. Remember that this is just so you know what your lap times are throughout the day. They will NOT be used for your timed runs.

	Are we going to try the transponder deal at Pocono again or was that a 1 time deal at NJMP?? Dave
