Thank you, everybody, for a fantastic weekend! It was a great way to end the season. Thanks to all th drivers for putting on a show Saturday, and thanks to the workers for working your butts off for two straight days.
Sunday was a beautiful day but a few too many cars ended up getting smashed (hopefully with only a few slightly sore drivers at worst). Get those cars sorted out quickly! Only a few mere months until next season!
Thanks for a great year!

Just .017 seconds was the difference between the two, with my Miata just barely taking the position over Cory's well driven, hard fought, and cleanly raced BMW.
I forgot to thank one other person in my earlier posting - Barbara Kress for all of her hard work. Thanks!

Which #53 finshed ahead of the other #53 did the miata beat the BMW or vice versa? I was standing by sound and it looked like a dead heat...great racing guys...wish you all had another date @ Summit other than just in Nov....I really enjoy the Enduro format...makes it hard to follow but keeps it intersting....best of luck next saeson and enjoy the holidays!
Thanks

If you were not at Summit Point this weekend you missed one hell of a good time.
Saturday's racing was perfect English racing weather. Read that as "It's raining, it's misting, no it's drying out now. Check that, it's raining again but the sun is peeking out." The most popular question in the paddock was "What tires are you going out on, wets or dries?" The small bore race was a barn burner, at least from my viewpoint. Thanks to Cory for racing hard but clean - orange/white/black #53 uber alles!
The enduro was great - only two trips for the wrecker all night. I think that the winner was within two laps of the targeted 147 laps. Trust me, being bored in the truck is A Good Thing.
Thanks to Marty, Bob Kress, Kevin, Eric, and everybody dressed in white for making the weekend a good one. Particular thanks must go out the the citizens of Station 9 on Saturday for their refined, tasteful, and subtle rendition of The Deer Dance.
