Linking Help Needed

I put the pliner listing into my link categories on merchant moms. Is this the correct place to put this? I am needing this to link with other sites. Do I have to go to this location everytime to link on with another site? I am just now learning how to do this. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Aimee
