	I would like to get a training in medical transcription online so that i can work from my home. Basically i am a homemaker and do not wish to work outside leaving my own child to a babysitter ,so i thought i would go for a job which can be done at my home itself and make myself financially independent and also have the satisfaction of being with my child. i would like to know the course fee and duration and job offers and also the payment options.i would like to go for a payment assistance or loan based study programme. hope you will consider this message. regards, sindu
