Hi,
It is really sad to see MTs ready to work for as low as 80 paise. This clearly shows the MTs who are trying to get work are not performing well or they dont know the market or their own potentials. When there are companies which give 1.50 per line for uploadable quality, I really dont understand how they can go so low.
Because of our cheap bargaining nature, already the medical transcription industry has had a set back where the rate per line used to be very reasonble, and the same is now happening to MTs.
I really dont understand why companies cant pay the worth, instead of squeezing like this....
Its really SAD..

Dear MT's, one of our client requires HBT's who can transcribe part-time initially. You can opt for full time after getting comfortable with payment and dictation. Prompt payment is assured by the client between 15th to 20th every month (Preferrably ICICI bank transfer). Client assures that they will try to give SAME DICTATORS every day to make the HBT's work more easier and comfortable. So ONLY BLANKS will be checked and the rest of the file should be accurate. Initially an HBT can opt for minimum 20 minutes and can gradually increase the line count after getting comfortable with payment and dictation. Initial Part-Time Timings: Morning 7 to Afternoon 1.00. Payment is Rs. 0.80 per line initially and after 4 months the payment will be increased according to your performance. You can start the work immediately. Reply immediately if you can start with 20 minutes trial files morning 7 to afternoon 1.00.
