I know many guys who are working with DovLin for last 6 years. They never experienced any salary issues till now. And if you can bring one person saying this with proof, then I can agree to this and forward that to my DovLin Friends.
When I contacted they told me they dont really keep a less work policy with anybody. Our target is to give enough work to one vendor/HBT prioritywise and qualitywise and then only we move to other vendors. They have around 6 and 75 HBTs vendors in India as per my knowledge.
Rough times are always there in the history with every company. I owned a company b4 and it is very easy to comment on a company. What about the companies which are closing down. There comes the real crisis.
So as per my friends they dont expect any extraordinary growth to DovLin. But it is having units in Hyderabad, Kochi and Pune with around 500+ MTs working all over India.
And mainly the payment is on time and above the market standards

As per my knowledge, Dovlin deals with operatives, people(MTs) used to earn very good amounts. Right now, all the market is dull because of EMR, VRS etc. As per my our client from US, market will come back within a year.

Dear friends.
The Dovlin is running thru rough times from last 1 year. There escription accounts are closed almost. Payments from their clients are not coming in time .And they were recruiting for the same only. They don't have work to offer. Even the vendors and HBTs who applied last year haven't been recvd any updates till now. There admin also not responding in time. They are not aware of current status if askd by MTs.
No doubt it was good company to work for. But as present they have nothing to offer. In future they might have some good to offer again.
