I have more than two years of experience as MT, doing Discharge Summary, Office Notes, SOAP notes and operative reports of most of the specialities. I can do 400-500 lines per day giving about 95% accurancy. I would be delighted to work for your company. Please send me Test files to evaluate my work as soon as possible.

Easy and same dictators @80 paise. If quality is good rates can go upto 1.30 paise per line.
