It seems that it is pinching those people who want to sell their transcription course. Come on, wake up. If someone is helping those who want to come in transcription field, I do not see any cheating, anyhow it is free. People are free to leave at anytime and join at anytime. No time constraints. No money constraints. I have seen that link myself and it really is good online course. They have not promised for jobs, but this does not mean that they are cheating like those people who are selling CDs at 500 bucks and like others who charges for MT training and don't give jobs.
I hope people are intelligent enough to judge between the courses provided.

There is no difference between 500 rs course and free online course. The only difference is that you have to be motivated to do this free course. There are practice dictations too on that website. You follow the link which is given there.

I do not find practice dictations with keys at the site. You can get easy and tough practice dictations but without keys at http://www.4shared.com/dir/9434129/90fe70d0/sharing.html with medical transcription to boot. Such softwares you get even at www.mtshine.com
