Don't believe person who claims that he is selling direct client. The person named Nicol Jose is a fraud. I am having so many details about this fraud and I am collecting some more details about him. Anybody having any information about him or being cheated or given huge sums for nothing to this person, please mail to me. I will also give details which I have, so that having every details about him, I can lodge a complaint against this fraud in cyber crime.

I would suggest that you start with a way where you get your commission percentage deducted from the first billing from the client's end. This way you can attract more people who will be willing to take work through you, as there is surety of billing to be cleared from client and that way you can gain confidence and market. This is the way I do it, so thought I share. I don't feel anybody will work on trust, good if you find one. Upfront paying is too difficult and very easy to lose. Sorry, if my words have hurt you, but this is my perception and perceptions are not truth. Thanks. Would love to expand in any business venture with you.

Hi All,
I have a direct US doctor client. Presently it is a single doctor work, in future more doctors could be added. It is a Retina Institute work. Ophthalmology is the speciality. They need toll free system that you will have to provide. Rates will be 7.5 cents per line. Work will begin immediately (most probably from Tuesday), the toll free system should be functional from Monday itself.
As far as my charges are concerned, whenever I put any amount there are lots of people who start pulling my leg and my payment terms, hence now I want to see what you post here. I will give you instalment facility with PDC but would like 50% in advance, give your views. I would tell you frankly that there is no risk involved. I am not going to take your money and do frauds. I have been posting ads on this forum for long and my image is clear, till date I have no complains.

The rates will definitely increase up to 6 cents per line once you are settled with the dictators and give uploadable quality. The rates of 4.5 cents are because your files will be edited from the US MTs there.
My charges are 50K, you will have pay me 20K initially when I introduce you to the client, then 15K from 1st and 2nd invoice you receive.

There is one more client. It is also a US Transcription company work, @4.5 cents per line. Volume will be in between 2K to 3K lines per day.

I have asked for the money upfront because it is my past experience that people do not pay promptly after their work gets started. At my last deal the person who had purchased the client but till date has not paid. There are lot of reasons given. Hence when I am genuinely selling the client then why should I not expect the money in full in advance. See moreover the rate of 4 cents per line is not for 99.5% accuracy. Here there is a shock absorber as we are working for a US based MT company, hence I do not feel that 4 cents are peanuts for this client. If you have the guts to give uploadable quality as per the client standards then you can demand 6 cents per line and they will definitely pay you 6 cents.

You want money upfront with what to substantiate other than your statement? You are behaving like a Nigerian fraudster. Anyhow 4 cents is peanuts for 2k lines that will take a person over a year to recover.
