All serious MTs better stay away from this company and save yourself from being thrown out of a prosperous career in MT.
After 5 years of my association with this unit, these are the pros and cons I have to list about this company.
PROS:
1. Working from home.
2. On-time payments.
3. Very good proprietor, I have never spoken a word with him in my five years
4. Literally no need to go to office except that if you stay in Bangalore, you need to visit them once in a month for meeting.
5. Very friendly team leaders.
CONS:
1. The management staff are not so friendly.
2. As I call it, the management has a mosquito mentality to find ways to suck your blood out and pay peanuts for the same.
3. When you tally your line count and the pay at the end of the month, you will find yourself like a stupid for working with them.
4. Absolutely no reference material, try your luck on Google search.
5. The work this company does has nothing to do with Medical Transcription, as they are only and only letters 24/7/365, so better take off your experience in this company from your resume.
6. No other office similar to this data-entry business that you can count on.
7. Do not expect any growth on your merits if you are not a good diplomatic hypocrite. The posts are reserved for ass-lickers.
8. The proprietor is nothing but a senseless puppet in the hands of management.
9. Still working here I am finding it very difficult to find some replacement job options in US based MT units. The spellings and UK English has gone to the extent of breathing and eating UK English.
So guys, if you want to risk your career in MT, then please come in. Remember, this is not a Medical Transcription company.
