Fitting of bike carrier

Could any member advise on fitting a bike carrier to my Pilote Galaxy 27S 1996.
We recently purchased a Fiamma Pro-C but not too sure exactly where to position the fixing bracket to the van; or is there an alternative bike-carrier that could be recommended.
Thanks
Peter

Yes, the toppers are definitely worth it!
We didn't buy a Raskelf but from a smaller trader at one of the shows. If interested I can dig out the name of the trader.

No idea, but see the editorial in the Autumn 2005 newsletter. It appears that Kath Hill was buying one then.

We have an A class 270, with drop down bed. I am thinking of purchasing one of these foam toppers for it, has anyone already done so? If so is it worth the money?
