If your base vehicle is the 316 CDi.My covers were purchased in 2007 from Commercial Mercedes Vehicle Dealers for £28.92.For the order they required Model and year of Manufacture details.Mine for the 2004 was Part No.MQ30010002 270108 SPRINTER H/LGT.
Mine did not come premarked for fitting the beam Deflectors. The Dealers may help here.A fellow Pilote owner gave me a copy of marking out details for each headlamp masking. He obtained the info direct from Mercedes Tech Dept.Drawings :-
SPRINTER Model Year 2003 Nearside Headlamp masking for Right Hand Drive vehicles 03-02-19 ET/AA Eissler. and one for Offside headlamp. Same drawing no.
I marked mine up with a felt tip pen first before scribing them perminantly for masking tap deflectors.
Hope this info is of some use to you.

I think most people are away this time of the year! I have the same model as long as you take them off as soon as you get back you should be ok but do not use a sharp knife or strong acids as the light screens are plastic.
