From the events survey, adult (sex) parties got the most interest, so lets make it happen.
There have been a few suggestions and discussions of venues and ways of doing this, in the past, which I will now put forward, but new ideas are very very welcome.
The Erotic Playzone in Elizabeth St
This is associated with an adult store. There is a main cinema and private booths. It is frequented mainly by guys seeking sexual release, but also occasionally couples, trannies, and girls seeking gangbang exposure. Sexual identity of most participants is mainly “straight”, though actual behaviour tends toward “bi”. Tgirls could well be popular in this venue. There is also another similar venue in Brunswick St, in The Valley. Last time I visited, within the last 2 years the entry cost was $10-$15, but sometimes free for female (or tranny) companions. I have been told that they are considered private clubs, and not licensed, so there are no issues with the law in regards to display of genitals or consensual sex.
Private Homes
In many ways ideal, though many have concerns over parties getting out of control. In my experience most are very well behaved, but there are unfortunately rare occasion where someone will disrespect privacy and/or property. A referral or bond system may get around this. The host(ess) should definitely be well compensated if they are to allow us to use their home and have full say in who can or who cannot attend.
Rented Apartment
These are often used for such events, but finding one that that allows a lot of guests can be a challenge, as can getting people to commit to turning up and paying their share. It usually means finding an appropriate place and getting one or more people to carry the financial risk. In my opinion the contribution from those not carrying the financial risk should be enough to financially reward those who are.

Can anyone with personal experience comment on these?
We will also need leaders to reliably attend and break the ice at events and ensure safety and legality. I personally have a few years of experience in this, but in another country, and am happy to be consulted, where relevant, but my current relationship agreements exclude me from non-commercial sexual participation in adult parties.
