	yeah i agree, when you have a council that is more concerned with palatial splendour and is being controlled by a few nutters what else do you expect.

	It is particularly sad that our "city" of Bairnsdale lacks nice decorations during the festive season. It has been particularly stressful this year with the threats of bush fires and it would have been nice to have had a brightly lit CBD (without too much expense) I would have thought.
