	DEAR PRESIDENT, BCCI AS THE BOARD IS NOT GIVIN IMPORTANC TO THOSI PLAYER WHICH THE SELECTOR DONT LIKE EG:L BALAJI HE HAS BEEN MOST WICKET TAKER IN HIS FEW MATCHES HIS BOLLING IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE SHREESHANTH , AGARKAR OR MUNAF PATEL IN OUR TEAM . HE IS A WORLD CLASS BOWLER & HE HAS TAKEN 2-3 WICKET IN HIS EVERY MATCH. SO MY REQUEST IS THAT TO PAYE ATTENSION TO OUR OTHER BOWLER OTHER THEN SHREESANT OR MUNAF PATEL & BALAJI IS THE MOST SUCCES FULL BOWLER AGAINST PAKISTAN & HE MUST BE CHOSEN FOR PAKISTAN SERIES

	Dear President,BCCI you have wasted players by paying huge sums& allowing to do commercials.Below are some suggestions to bring them back on right path. A) Payment to players should be according to perfermance in the new contract.For example:- 1)Batsman may be paid Rs.1,000/-per run 2)Bowlers may be paid Rs.10,000 /per wicket. 3)Fielders may be paid Rs.5,ooo/per catch B)Players should be forbidden to do any sort of commercials during period of contract. C)Players to be selected on the basis of perferance in Ranjitrophy/International match.
