	Dear President,further to my suggestions on date I put forth the additional suggestion as below:- If a player does not acieve up to 10% of his average in each of three consecutive mathes his contract should be terminated. I do not subscribe to the idea that BCCI president/ office bearers should be ex- players, because in that case they would only overlook the mistakes of players as they did the same during their time.
