I thought I would share this important tip from my Junior Woman's Club meeting - it makes a lot of sense.

ICE" - Everyone should have an entry in their cell phone called "ICE" which stands for In Case of Emergency. Put your Emergency Contact # in that entry. In case something happens to you and someone comes to your rescue, they can find your cellphone, look up ICE and contact whoever needs to be alerted.
