	Dr Andrea Mattia in Old Tappan is great with difficult little ones. She is a pediatric dentist. My kids have been going there since they were 2. My daughter goes with no problem. My son (just 4) is less agreeable. He ranges from screaming and crying to wrestling us in the chair but he always leaves happy and always gets a thorough exam and cleaning. The whole staff is great and she's recently added Dr Leandro Piccoli who is also a great dentist and great with kids. Good luck

	how old is your son? Although he is not a pediatric dentist Dr Ed. Fein in River Vale is awesome. My older daughter goes to him but I have not sent my 4 year old yet. She goes to Park Ridge family dentist. Dr Di Niccolo. Good luck Stacey

	Hi, My son has a lot of troubles with his teeth .I tried several doctors and never expirience good treatment.If you know someone who treats kids with trouble teeth ...let me know...thanks .Mara
