	Hawaldar sahab, like the Indian Police ur facts are all messed up.The billing name and the address are changed.so pick up ur lathi and listen to the inspector sahab. Learn to trust the right intentions .

	Yeah the problem is , the bill could also be in the previous persons name. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THIS THOROUGLY BEFORE DOING THINGS LIKE THIS ! The previous person can get stuck with the bill !
